Description:"Nothing Is Easy: Live At The Isle Of Wight 1970" on CD captures Jethro Tull at one of the most legendary rock festivals of all time, delivering an intense, raw and virtuosic performance in front of a massive audience. Recorded at the Isle of Wight Festival in 1970, this live album documents the band at the height of their early power, blending progressive rock, hard rock and British folk influences with Ian Anderson's unmistakable flute, expressive voice and charismatic stage presence. The setlist presents a powerful cross-section of their repertoire from that era, with extended instrumental passages, dynamic arrangements and an energetic sound that conveys the unique atmosphere of this historic concert. The production of this CD places great value on authenticity: you hear a vivid, live sound that transports you directly into the crowd, while the mix still offers enough clarity to appreciate the band's musical finesse and interplay.

Jethro Tull, formed in the late 1960s around frontman, singer and flautist Ian Anderson, are among the most original and influential bands in rock history. Their music combines progressive rock, blues, folk and classical elements into a highly distinctive style that set them apart from their contemporaries. With milestone albums such as "Aqualung", "Thick as a Brick" and "Songs from the Wood", Jethro Tull achieved worldwide success and shaped the sound of an entire era. The band has sold millions of albums, received a Grammy Award and built a devoted international fanbase through relentless touring and their idiosyncratic artistic vision. "Nothing Is Easy: Live At The Isle Of Wight 1970" shows Jethro Tull in a particularly explosive, youthful phase - a must-have for collectors, rock historians and anyone who wants to experience the band in their early live prime.

HYUNGRAE K. - 30/Nov/2025 5 of 5 Stars!
I liked the quality of music and image. What I didn't like was the long comments of the interview with Ian Anderson and no one else in the Jethro Tull band. A lot of time wasted.
