Originally released in the mid-1970s, "Phenomenon" is widely regarded as the album where the group truly defined its sound: a powerful blend of melodic hard rock, blues-tinged guitar work and memorable, hook-driven songwriting. The Deluxe Edition expands this classic with additional material (such as bonus tracks, alternative versions or live recordings, depending on the pressing), offering a deeper insight into the creative energy of the band during this key era. For collectors and new listeners alike, this CD presents a carefully curated, remastered listening experience that highlights the dynamics, clarity and raw power of the original sessions.
The album marks the early chapter of Ufo's transition from their more space-rock-oriented beginnings to the tight, riff-focused hard rock sound that would influence generations of rock and metal acts. "Phenomenon" is often associated with some of the band's most enduring tracks, showcasing soaring vocals, driving rhythms and expressive guitar solos that made Ufo a favorite in the international rock scene. The Deluxe Edition format allows fans to rediscover the nuances of the recordings, making it more than just a reissue: it is an in-depth exploration of one of the band's signature works.

Their legacy rests on a catalog of albums that helped define the sound of 70s and 80s rock, with "Phenomenon" frequently highlighted as one of their key releases.
