This quintessential Soul Jam release includes Johnson's two first albums, originally issued on United Artists in 1960: The debut LP MARVELOUS Marv Johnson, and the follow-up record MORE Marv Johnson. Fusing R&B and soul with some hints of jazz, these two outstanding LPs have been re-mastered and packaged together in this very special collector's edition, which also includes six bonus tracks from the same period (gathering a variety of hard to find sides recorded by Johnson between 1960 and 1962).
